This policy explains how personal data submitted through doverdrivegls.sg is collected, used, disclosed and protected, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
We collect only what you choose to submit through the enquiry and registration forms on this site:
Standard web-server and analytics data (such as browser type, referring page and approximate location) may also be recorded automatically. The site runs the Meta Pixel, which may set cookies and report site activity to Meta for advertising measurement.
Submitted details are used solely to respond to your enquiry — to send project updates, the e-brochure, floor plans and price information when released, and to arrange a preview or appointment. By submitting the form and ticking the consent box, you consent to being contacted by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email for these purposes.
Form submissions are transmitted to a Google Workspace spreadsheet via a Google Apps Script endpoint and are accessible only to the person handling enquiries for this project. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
Details may be shared with the project developer or its appointed marketing parties strictly where necessary to process your registration or booking, and with service providers who help operate this site. We may also disclose data where required by law.
Personal data is retained only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
You may withdraw consent, or ask to access or correct your personal data, at any time by replying to any message you receive from us or by using the contact channel through which you were reached. Withdrawal takes effect within a reasonable period, after which we will stop contacting you for marketing purposes.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect how parts of this site function. You can also manage advertising preferences directly with Meta.
